VEN - Venezuela keeps improving on training schedule:

The Venezuelan national team that will play in the 2009 FIBA Americas Championship for Women is practicing in Caracas and is improving every day says their technical staff.
 BRA/PUR - Golden performance for Brazil in the FIBA Americas Championship: -
Brazil won the Gold medal at the FIBA Americas Championship by winning over Puerto Rico 61-60 in the final game of the tournament.

ARG/CAN - Argentina finishes with a Bronze medal: -
Argentina finished the 2009 FIBA Americas Championship with a Bronze medal after dominating Canada 88-73 in the first game of the final stage played at Coliseo Roberto Clemente.

PUR/ARG - Puerto Rico gets revenge over Argentina and goes for the Gold against Brazil: -
Puerto Rico got revenge from a loss in the Quarterfinals and defeated Argentina 85-80 to play for the Gold medal tomorrow at the FIBA Americas Championship against Brazil.

BRA/CAN - Brazil goes for the Gold after winning over Canada: -
Brazil beat Canada 73-65 in another low scoring game at the semifinals in the FIBA Americas Championship. The Brazilians will play the winner of the game between Argentina and Puerto Rico on Sunday at 9:00 pm local time.

PUR/BRA - Perfect game by Vassallo gives Puerto Rico a win: -
A perfect game by Angel Daniel Vassallo along with great performances by Larry Ayuso and Carlos Arroyo gave Puerto Rico the win over Brazil by the score of 86-82 to end the Quarterfinals in the FIBA Americas Championship.
