ARG - Quimsa wins the South American League and qualifies for the FIBA Americas League:

Quimsa Santiago del Estero defeated Libertad Sunchales 87-77 in the final game of the South American League to win their first championship in this tournament. After winning the title they now qualified for the FIBA Americas League where they will play in Group A.
 ARG/BRA - Sionista wins their first game after a three pointer by Bergel: -
A three pointer by Juan Carlos Bergel gave Juventud Sionista de Paraná their first win in the South American League finals over Minas Tenis by the score of 72-70.
