At the end of the match, between Mogi das Cruzes of Brazil and Boca Juniors of Argentina, FIBA Americas TV talked exclusively with Guilherme Filipin, author of 7 points in his team's victory over Boca Juniors, about the game approaching for the scepter the 2014 South American League and what it means for the team to reach the Finals.

LSB2014 - Bauru defeated Malvin and there will be a Brazilian Final at the South American League

The host of the Final Four of the South American League, Paschoalotto / Bauru, comfortably defeated Malvin of Uruguay, 103-57, to qualify to play for the gold medal, where they will face the also Brazilian team, Mogi das Cruzes, on November 27th. On Thursday, Bauru will face Mogi das Cruzes in the championship game of the 2014 South American League. Meanwhile, Malvin will face Boca Juniors for the bronze League.

Mogi das Cruzes defeated the representative of Argentina, Boca Juniors, 87-85, in overtime to become the first qualified team to the Grand Final of the 2014 South American League. Thursday, November 27, Mogi will face the winner of the game between Malvin of Uruguay and Bauru, for the scepter of the South American League, while the loser will face Boca for third place of the league.

Club Malvin was undoubtedly the second best team in this 2014 edition of the South American League. However, the competition system and a costly defeat against Boca Juniors in the semifinals has left them with the difficult task of facing the Host, Bauru, the favorite to carry the South American title.
