SUDCLUBS – In the last seconds, La Estancia won and is a finalist

In the final seconds, La Estancia took the victory with less than 4 seconds left after a triple by Yaneth Arias, in response to a conversion from Astou Traoré that had given the local team the advantage. Tomorrow La Estancia will play the gold-medal match against Sport Club.

The meeting was an attractive start with La Estancia out much stronger in attack and taking advantage of the effectiveness in long-range shooting by its perimeter . So rapidly taking a 10-3 lead light in the first two minutes .

The goal came UTE hand Paola Ferrari and a 7-2 managed to get two points behind (12-10 ) when averaging the first quarter. Arias yaneth restored their advantage on the Colombian .

Chelsea Davis and Astou Traoré had a couple of appearances in attack and accompanied Ferrari which was the main weapon in attack for the home side. La Estancia knew his defense put up with the scoring drought suffering and ended the first quarter winning 29-22 .

Led by Marjorie Caicedo and UTE Traoré began the fourth cut the deficit to four points, but Kelly Santos taking advantage near the basket, La Estancia remained with differences on the electronic board .

Local defense improved and had more possessions lead, but the ineffectiveness and poor decisions were not allowed to come closer on the scoreboard. A triple Ferrari put the UTE to two ( 37-35 ) and made to stand up the whole stadium.

Traoré was not a good pass -ups and his team felt. Ferrari was the offensive load for local and kept his team to kick opponents . Again with the appearance of the Colombian Santos team could better close the room and go to the long break winning 48-44 .

Super start for Davis that gave the tie on 51 UTE with 7 points and a triple row of Ferrari gave the advantage to the home side a 53-50 with 3 minutes, taking advantage of the disorder and deconcentration showing La Estancia.

Erika Valek reentry after a coup gave him quiet so the visiting team could regain the advantage in their favor. The UTE made changes in self-defense and that brought benefits could steal balls and leave break.

A new triple Ferrari put him ahead 64-62 with just over 3 minutes in the mail. They kept goal for goal and UTE they entered the fourth quarter with a low to his advantage ( 70-69 ) .

Local escaped at the start of the final quarter , Davis with a double and a triple by Ferrari drew 5 points ( 76-71 ) in just two minutes. Santos was the figure of his team and rebound accompanied by Tatiana Mosquera and Ross took the lead in collating ( 80-78 ) with 5 minutes left.

The fourth triple of the night Ferrari was leading the local minimum difference ( 81-80 ) . La Estancia pulled ahead 85-81 with input from its experienced players who did not feel the pressure of closing the game and the breath of the public.

Two free Ferrari put the game 86-85 to La Estancia with a minute to play . Santos became February 1 and the ball fell to local 42 seconds and down by 2 ( 87-85 ) . Traoré grounded penetration and La Estancia is consumed 24 seconds of possession and the last ball was left to UTE , after Ferrari 's assistance , and became Traoré took over the local minimum with 3 seconds left. Arias answered with a triple and La Estancia qualified to the final winning 90-88 .
