LSBF2012- Unimed and Ourihnos goes after the Championship

Quito, Ecuador- The end of the South American Championship Women's Clubs is already decided: UTE (ECU) faces Lanus (ARG) for the third place and Brazilian clubs Ourinhos and ADCF Unimed will play for the Championship more important in the region.

Meanwhile, Regatas Lima (PER) will go against Club Malvin (URU) at first hour.
Those are the positions for the last night of competition after a sweeping victories in which Ourinhos (BRA), ADCF Unimed (BRA) and the host UTE (ECU) took up the final score with a double digit lead.

The first match was staged by Club Malvin and Ourinhos with a flattering outcome for Brazilian with 41 points to lead the Uruguayan, 59-100.  Ourinhos team was comfortable in the first half winning 15-29 14 - on Malvin, who in the second quarter was stronger for leaving 17-15 in their favor. But the history had the main characters. Ourinhos dominated the second half 27-56 29 – to get the victory and go after the Championship against Brazilian native also, ADCF Unimed. For Malvin, the best scorer was Amber Metoyer with 15 points and 3 rebounds. While, Ourinhos had three players scoring 17 points: Kelly Santos with 13 rebounds, Joice De Souza with 6 assists and Patricia De Oliveira with 4 assists.

The second day of the Championship also had final advantage of 41 points. This time Regatas Lima faced the undefeated ADCF Unimed in a game in which the Brazilian had six players scoring in double figures. The Brazilian gave the victory to Unimed with a score of 98-57, in a game dominated from start to finish by them.  Regatas Lima had Jaleesa Butler with 19 points and 12 rebounds, followed by Zuleira Aties with 14 points and 5 rebounds. While by Unimed, Tassia Pereira had 16 points and 4 assists, followed by Clarissa Dos Santos with 15 points and 11 rebounds.

The night ended with the victory of U.T.E. against Lanus 99-64.  With final advantage of 35 points, the Ecuadorians showed their strategies in a game that the Argentine could not master. For U.T.E were vital Gisela Vega with 23 points and 12 rebounds, along with Paola Ferrari with 22 points and 5 rebounds.  While in Lanus, Nadia Flores had 12 points and 4 rebounds, followed by Mary Jourdheuil with 11 points and 4 assists.

With these results, the Saturday 5 of May, the best players in this league will decide who will hold the South American Women's Clubs.
