 FIBA AMERICAS STAFF


 Administration Department

The Administration Department is responsible for overseeing all FIBA Americas activities and specifically:
 

  • Co-ordination and organisation of FIBA-Americas meetings
  • Supervision and organisation of the working papers of the FIBA-Americas Commissions/Board/General Assembly
  • Technical co-ordination of office logistics (eg FIBA Americas material)
  • Co-ordination and organisation of Commission meetings in co-operation with the respective contact person
  • Attendance at FIBA Americas Meetings
  • Organisation and co-ordination of amendments in the FIBA-Americas Internal Regulations.
  • Final editing of the official FIBA-Americas Regulations and documents
  • Assists the Secretary General
  • General co-ordination of the Secretariat work
  • Organisation of staff-meetings
  • Preparation and distribution of meeting/event plans
  • Preparation and distribution of working plans
  • Responsible for all office material
  • Daily administration of all correspondence
